I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, CBT, and other therapeutic interventions, to help clients better understand what they are experiencing, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual counseling provides a private, supportive space to work through anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, stress, relationship concerns, and other challenges affecting your daily life. Therapy is collaborative and focused not only on understanding what you are experiencing, but also on developing practical strategies that can help you move forward.

FAMILY COUNSELING

Family counseling provides a space for family members to better understand one another, improve communication, address conflict, and strengthen relationships. Each family member’s experience matters, and therapy can help families identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing healthier ways of communicating and working through challenges together.

COUPLES COUNSELING

Couples counseling can help partners work through communication difficulties, conflict, trust concerns, infidelity, emotional disconnection, and other relationship challenges. Rather than viewing either partner as “the problem,” therapy focuses on understanding the patterns affecting the relationship and helping couples build healthier communication, greater understanding, and a stronger emotional connection.
